Shipping and Returns Policy
1. Shipping and Delivery
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delays may occur during public holidays, peak sales periods, or due to force majeure. In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.
Delivery Time and Fees
- Shipping is free for orders over 1000 TL.
- A fixed shipping fee of ₺90 + Tax applies to orders below 1000 TL.
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and the carrier’s workload, typically ranging between 2-5 business days.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number.
- You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery.
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, report it to the courier immediately and request a damage report before accepting the package.
- Reports not submitted at the time of delivery cannot be processed.
2. Returns and Exchanges
General Return Policy
- Cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- Wrong item received
- Items damaged during shipping
- Products past their expiration date
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process
- Contact us via [your email address] or [your phone number] to request a return.
- After receiving approval, return the item in its original packaging along with the invoice to the designated return address.
- Once the returned item is received, it will be reviewed, and the refund process will be completed within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
Product Exchanges
- Exchanges are only possible for incorrect or damaged items.
- To request an exchange, please follow the return process outlined above.
3. Important Information
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
