1. Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delays may occur during public holidays, peak sales periods, or due to force majeure. In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.

Delivery Time and Fees

  • Shipping is free for orders over 1000 TL.
  • A fixed shipping fee of ₺90 + Tax applies to orders below 1000 TL.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and the carrier’s workload, typically ranging between 2-5 business days.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, report it to the courier immediately and request a damage report before accepting the package.
  • Reports not submitted at the time of delivery cannot be processed.

2. Returns and Exchanges

General Return Policy

  • Cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
    • Wrong item received
    • Items damaged during shipping
    • Products past their expiration date
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via [your email address] or [your phone number] to request a return.
  2. After receiving approval, return the item in its original packaging along with the invoice to the designated return address.
  3. Once the returned item is received, it will be reviewed, and the refund process will be completed within 7 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.

Product Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only possible for incorrect or damaged items.
  • To request an exchange, please follow the return process outlined above.

3. Important Information

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
